Operating as a solo builder with production standards

Shipping quickly only works when quality constraints are explicit.

My default checklist for small products:

1. Define the core user flow before writing features.
2. Keep infrastructure simple and observable.
3. Write only the tests that protect critical behavior.
4. Document operational/legal essentials early.

That keeps iteration fast while still meeting employer and client expectations.
